Senior Equity Capital Markets ProfessionalThe role of the senior equity capital markets professional is to develop and execute strategies for raising capital, managing initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on public offerings (FPOs), qualified institutional placements (QIPs) and other equity fundraising initiatives. They will foster relationships with corporate clients, investors and other key stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and drive transaction execution.Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong investor relationships, identifying new business opportunities and guiding a team of equity capital markets professionals to enhance shareholder value and market presence.Responsibilities:Cultivate and maintain relationships with promoters, private equity funds and family offices to identify potential investment opportunities.Develop and implement collateral materials to engage with foreign institutional investors (FIIs), domestic institutional investors (DIIs), mutual funds and other key investor groups.Manage roadshows and presentations to promote equity investment opportunities and monitor sector performance to provide market commentary and insights to internal advisors and clients.Prepare pitch books and other marketing materials to support equity capital markets transactions.Requirements:Strong network of relationships within the equity capital markets industry.Proven track record of executing successful equity fundraises and developing strategic partnerships.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a dynamic team of equity capital markets professionals.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
