Lead Performance Marketer

Performance Marketing LeadWe are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and owning a structured creative testing framework end-to-end. You will identify creative hypotheses, design test plans, and manage multi-channel test execution.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of performance marketing experience, specifically in mobile marketing and mobile gaming user acquisition. They will have hands-on experience with Paid Social platforms: Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, and DSP experience across Unity, Moloco, Liftoff, and/or Programmatic DSPs.You will analyze performance data across CPM, CTR, CTI, CPI, IPM, CPA, ROAS, and translate findings into actionable insights. You will collaborate with internal Creative, User Acquisition, and Data teams to align on performance goals and creative priorities.The successful candidate will have a proven track record of running structured creative tests at scale. They will have a deep understanding of performance metrics: CPM, CTR, CTI, CPI, IPM, CPA, ROAS, LTV curves, retention signals, etc. They will be highly analytical, comfortable manipulating large datasets, spotting trends, and drawing clear conclusions.This is a full-time position that requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple parallel test tracks, and high-touch client relationships. The candidate will also be able to work both independently and cross-functionally with Creative, UA, Product, and Leadership teams.We are looking for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems and creating new systems from scratch. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to present to C-level and game studio leadership.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.5+ years of performance marketing experience.Hands-on experience with Paid Social platforms.DSP experience.Proven track record of running structured creative tests at scale.Deep understanding of performance metrics.Highly analytical mindset.Exceptional organizational skills.Client-facing experience managing complex, high-touch relationships.Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.Natural builder who enjoys solving ambiguous problems.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
