As a senior leader, you will be responsible for crafting innovative architectures that drive business growth and excellence.15+ years of cumulative experience with at least 10 years in telecom (4G/5G & IMS) and/or datacom (routing, switching / SD-WAN / provider edge).8+ years of hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms; graph neural networks, time-series forecasting algorithms (ARIMA, LSTM…).Solid programming skills in Python and proficiency with ML/DL libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).Strong expertise in LLM frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, Crew AI, OpenAI APIs, etc.).Experience in autonomous multi-agent systems and RAG pipelines.Proven track record in designing and deploying multiple AI/ML solutions for telecom and networking use cases.Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to mentor cross-functional teams on architecture, use cases, and drive architectural direction of products.Proven experience in designing and deploying data pipelines on GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub) for batch and real-time streaming, handling terabyte-scale datasets.Experience in deploying ML systems on AWS and Databricks.Track record in building scalable AI infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, EKS, automating deployments and ensuring high availability with autoscaling and observability.Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.).Exposure to MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
