Solution Architect (Data)We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge enterprise data & analytics solutions.Develop end-to-end data architecture and roadmaps for large-scale education data platforms, focusing on data ingestion, storage, modeling, serving, and analytics/ML.Drive the design and implementation of robust ETL/ELT pipelines and orchestration (batch + streaming) to integrate disparate education systems, including LMS, SIS, assessment, and content platforms.Design and optimize data warehouses / data lakes, ensuring schema strategy, partitioning, performance, and cost-effectiveness.Promote integration patterns and APIs for seamless interoperability (OneRoster, Ed-Fi, LTI, custom APIs), and oversee vendor/partner integrations.Establish robust data governance, privacy, lineage, and security practices suitable for student data, including PII handling, role-based access, encryption, and audit.Mandatory skills and experience:12–15 years in data engineering, analytics, or data architecture roles with increasing ownership.Hands-on experience building and operating ETL/ELT pipelines and orchestration frameworks (Airflow, dbt, Talend, Informatica, or equivalent).Strong design and operational expertise with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) — data warehouses/lakes such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, or similar.
