We are seeking a seasoned Senior Analog Layout Design Expert to lead our team's cutting-edge analog layout development efforts.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing high-quality layouts under tight design constraints, as well as collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams. A deep understanding of IR drop, Electromigration, Self-heating, RC delay, and Parasitic capacitance optimization is essential for success in this role.This position requires a strong understanding of the impact of layout on circuit performance, including speed, area, reliability, and other critical factors. Familiarity with Cadence/Synopsys layout tools and flows is also necessary.
