Job Title: L2 Resource – Symantec EncryptionLocation: NoidaJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced L2-level professional to manage and support Symantec Encryption solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Symantec Endpoint Encryption, drive incident resolution, and ensure compliance with data protection policies.Key Responsibilities: Symantec Encryption ManagementAdminister and maintain Symantec Endpoint Encryption across endpoints and serversMonitor encryption status and troubleshoot deployment issues Technical Support & TroubleshootingProvide L2-level support for encryption-related incidents and service requestsCollaborate with L1 and L3 teams for escalations and root cause analysisReporting & ComplianceGenerate regular compliance and encryption status reportsEnsure adherence to organizational data protection and security policies Patch & Upgrade ManagementAssist in version upgrades, patch deployments, and configuration changesValidate post-deployment functionality and rollback plans Stakeholder CoordinationWork with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and product optimizationSupport audits and provide necessary documentationRequired Skills & Qualifications:2–4 years of experience in IT security or endpoint managementStrong hands-on experience with Symantec Endpoint EncryptionFamiliarity with Windows OS, Active Directory, and Group PolicyGood understanding of encryption protocols and data protection standardsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsRelevant certifications (e.g., Symantec Certified Specialist, Security+) preferredNice to Have:Experience with other Symantec security products (e.g., DLP, SEP)Exposure to enterprise-level deployment and automation toolsKnowledge of ITIL processes and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
