Your tasks will include system configuration, troubleshooting, user support, reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our online learning initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

LMS Management & Maintenance:

  • Administer and ensure the smooth functioning of the Adobe LMS to meet the organization's training needs.
  • Monitor system performance, identify bugs or issues, and resolve or escalate as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of user data, including enrollments, completions, and certifications.


Content Management:

  • Upload, organize, and manage course materials, assessments, and learning resources on the LMS.
  • Collaborate with content developers and trainers to ensure material accuracy and optimal presentation.
  • Track course completion and ensure compliance with deadlines.


User Support:

  • Provide technical support to learners, instructors, and administrators, addressing issues related to system access, content, or navigation.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions, and support the onboarding of new users.


Reporting & Analytics:

  • Generate reports and dashboards to monitor course participation, progress, and completion rates.
  • Analyze learning data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.


System Configuration & Customization:

  • Configure the Adobe LMS to suit the organization's requirements, including setting up courses, roles, and certifications.
  • Work closely with the IT team to integrate the LMS with other systems, such as HRIS, CRM, or communication platforms.


Training & Development:

  • Train employees and other stakeholders on effective LMS usage.
  • Stay current with LMS trends and propose system enhancements or new features to improve the learning experience.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an LMS Administrator, specifically with Adobe LMS.
  • Hands-on experience with popular LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas).
  • Strong understanding of instructional design and e-learning technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other data management tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience integrating LMS with third-party tools (e.g., CRM, HR systems).
  • Familiarity with e-learning standards such as SCORM or xAPI.
  • LMS administration certifications or related credentials are a plus.
