This individual will be responsible for the end-to-end configuration, customization, and upgrading of the Oracle HCM Cloud system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and configuring Oracle HCM modules, along with the ability to collaborate with HR and multi-functional teams to meet business needs.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform end-to-end configuration based on business requirements and continuous improvement, ensuring the system aligns with HR processes and policiesHands-on expertise for Designing & developing integration process using tools like HDL, HCM Extracts & BI PublisherMust have hands-on experience to customize reports, workflows, and data structures within Oracle HCM.Auditing the data and cleaning it up prior to feeding the integration Hands-on experience for Creating & Maintaining BI Reports, OTBI ReportsExtensive knowledge of HCM data Structures, Oracle table relationships.No Support/QA/Functional ProfileAble to write complex SQL queriesImplement and maintain integrations with other third-party systemsDevelop and deploy custom reports and data extracts per business needsSupervise and handle Oracle HCM Cloud system updates and releases, ensuring the right integration of new features and modulesTest and address issues following system upgrades or patchesEnsure configurations and customizations are accurately tested and detailed in the documentQualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.3-5 years in developing Oracle HCM CloudGood understanding of the integration tools, including web services, REST APIs, and file-based integrationsProficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and related Oracle technologies for report writing and data extractionExperience in end-to-end configuration or deploymentsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud process is preferredExperience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools are a plus
