Job Overview:
As a Data Scientist, you will leverage your expertise in Python, SQL, machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, and recommendation systems to develop data-driven strategies and solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, build predictive models, and generate actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems and improve decision-making processes.
Design, build, and maintain predictive models to forecast trends and behaviors.
Create and optimize recommendation systems to enhance user experience and engagement.
Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to extract meaningful insights and patterns.
Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively through visualizations and reports.
Stay updated with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and related technologies.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience with Python for data analysis and machine learning.
Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing relational databases.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
Experience with predictive modeling and forecasting.
Hands-on experience with recommendation systems and personalization algorithms.
Must have worked on usecase like propensity model/ recommendation model
Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex data analysis.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus
