Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and coordinate payroll and related procedures with high accuracyApply in-depth knowledge of benefits, compensation principles, income tax, and retirement plansMaintain and update HRMS master data, with a focus on non-financial data integrityEnsure compliance with statutory requirements related to payroll, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF, and TDSConduct thorough reconciliation between Paybooks application outputs and input dataPerform variance analysis to ensure payroll accuracyManage annual compliance reporting for salary-related statutory requirementsAddress and resolve employee queries promptly and effectivelyReview and approve changes in employee records, including exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, job titles, and departmental transfersCompile comprehensive reports on earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wagesJob requirementsMBA in Human Resources or bachelor’s degree in commerceExperience levels: 2+ to 5 yearsMinimum 1 year of experience in technical support with domestic clientsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong client relationship management abilitiesComprehensive knowledge of Indian HR and Payroll domainsHigh degree of patience and problem-solving skillsProficiency in MS ExcelAbility to perform under pressure during peak periods (month-end, quarter-end, and year-end)
