This role is responsible for creating high-impact thumbnails that drive clicks and grow our clients' channels.The Ideal Candidate Will Be:Proven portfolio demonstrating high-impact, click-worthy YouTube thumbnails.Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop, including complex photo manipulation, compositing, and retouching.A strong foundation in design principles, color theory, visual hierarchy, and typography.Experience in generating accurate assets or images using AI tools like Midjourney.Deep understanding of viewer psychology, YouTube trends, and what makes a person click.Strong analytical skills with a focus on YouTube analytics, specifically CTR (Click-Through Rate).Benefits:At our agency, we value your voice—your creative ideas and feedback directly drive projects.
