Job Title: EDI Sterling ConsultantThe successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and maintaining EDI solutions using IBM Sterling to support seamless electronic data interchange with business partners. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate EDI with Order Management Systems (OMS), ensuring efficient order processing, inventory management, and fulfilment.Key responsibilities include managing and supporting EDI mapping, translation, and communication processes with trading partners, as well as working with customers and external partners to onboard, test, and maintain EDI connections.Additionally, the EDI Sterling Consultant will monitor and resolve EDI-related issues, including transmission errors, mapping discrepancies, and communication failures. They will also conduct root cause analysis of EDI failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
