**Visual Effects Coordinator Job Description**Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Line Producers and Production Managers to create project milestones and deliveries.Work closely with department heads to assign tasks and briefs, ensuring smooth workflow and coordination.Track the progress of deliverables and targets, resolving any impasse or conflicts that may arise.Accurately update and maintain detailed records through Shotgun database tracking software.Maintain a strong understanding of multiple projects across various shows, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.Attend team and client briefing sessions, taking accurate notes and communicating outcomes effectively.Work closely with the Editorial department to ensure successful delivery of work to clients.Coordinate with show leads to meet upcoming show delivery requirements, briefing crew accordingly.**Requirements**Minimum 2 years feature film VFX experience in specific departments (Roto Paint Matchmove).Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and accurate note-taking abilities.Excellent time management and prioritization skills, solid Shotgun experience mandatory.Ability to proactively problem solve, willingness to learn the VFX production pipeline, and adaptability in multiple OS environments.
