Hiring: Growth Manager(Digital Marketing)Location: JP Nagar, BengaluruJob Type: Full TimeJob Pay:30,000- 50,000 per monthWe're looking for a Growth Manager(Digital Marketing) to drive brand visibility, growth, lead generation, and startup ecosystem engagement across our BizConnect and XploR verticals.Key Responsibilities Grow leadership and brand presence on (content, engagement & audience growth) Manage monthly content calendars and performance metrics Execute lead generation via Sales Navigator & automation tools Build & maintain high-quality prospect databases using Apollo/Lusha Coordinate telecalling, demos & pre-sales alignment Represent XploR at startup forums (TiE, NSRCEL, Startup Grind, Bengaluru Tech Summit, Elevate, etc.) Apply for government grants (Elevate, Idea2PoC, Startup India) & manage submissions Build partnerships with incubators, accelerators & investors Track performance dashboards & report growth insightsWe're Looking For 2–5 years in growth marketing, business development, or startup ecosystems Hands-on with Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, Lusha, email automation Strong content & communication skills Experience with government startup schemes & accelerators is a big plus High energy, network-driven, data-orientedWhy Join UsAt BizConnect, with two verticals, Events and XploR, each offering unique opportunities to innovate and deliver world-class experiences.
