Roles and Responsibilities:


Provide Comprehensive Sales Support: Deliver robust support to sales executives, ensuring their success and efficiency.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, products, growth and content team, to ensure best pre and post sales experience to customers.

Data Management: Manage and maintain customer databases, sales records, and sales-related documentation with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Sales Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze sales reports, metrics, and trends to provide insights and recommendations to the Reporting Manager for informed decision-making.

Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and customer-centric manner over chat, call and email.

Sales Meetings and Training: Coordinate and participate in sales meetings, training, and events to support the Sales Team in achieving their targets.

Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes, tools, and strategies based on market analysis and feedback from the Sales Team.


Skills and Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor's (or related experience) degree in business administration, marketing, administration, or a related field or related experience.

● Positive attitude, strong ability to communicate across departments, and drive to “get the deal done.”

● Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in sales, consulting or sales support, within a startup environment as an advantage but not mandatory.

Entry-level candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn will also be considered.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software is beneficial for managing sales data and documentation.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to generate reports and provide valuable insights to the Sales Team.

Customer Focus: A commitment to providing top-notch customer service and building long-term customer relationships.

Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
