Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Corporate Relations Manager - South Region. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in sales and strategy, knowledge of business school placements, and a strong network in the corporate HR community.The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with top corporates, generating placements, and creating opportunities for full-time positions and summer internships. This individual will also work closely with other stakeholders to achieve larger institutional objectives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a database of corporates, placement POCs, CXOs, and CHROs.Nurture campus relations with prospective recruiters while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.Convert new accounts through structured outreach and deliver on individual targets.Plan and execute corporate outreach and campus recruitment processes for full-time positions and summer internships.Stay up-to-date with industry and economic developments to enhance the effectiveness of outreach efforts.Work closely with alumni, faculty, administration, marketing, and admissions teams to achieve larger institutional objectives.Required Skills and QualificationsExperience: 10-15 years in a similar capacity in the higher education industry.Skills:Sales and strategy orientation.Knowledge of business school placements.Excellent organizational and administrative skills.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to meet targets assigned.Well-networked in the corporate HR and corporate community.BenefitsThis role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of our institution.
