Job Description
Market analysis of the company including PIL and its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to assist in the development of a plan for the current next two financial years.
Shall be responsible for scaling up of 250 Crs business
Shall be responsible for building up of necessary team for both sales and operations
Shall be responsible for setting up and execution of marketing strategy and business development
Shall be responsible for identifying and implementing growth opportunities
Shall be directly responsible for the P&L of the business.
Prepare a detailed regional business plan with goals and objectives, target numbers of booking, billing and collection plan, supported by live inquiry bank.
Roles and Responsibilities
Monitoring Lead generation to Enquiry generation to Quote activity to Order book
Building the Team (keep people for each segment).
Build relation with customers & manage future relations.
Meeting annual sales targets (topline) with pre agreed profit margins (bottom lines).
Conduct reviews of direct reports & as a leader motivate the team to enhance team performance.
Develop standard proposal template for each technology and with relevant contractual terms, including legal, taxation and payment terms
Knowledge & Skills
High on business acumen & strategic though process
Has managed and grown business exponentially in his career.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
High on leadership and building an organization structure from inception.
High on target orientation and result achievement.
Ability to work independently in all types of situations.
High on Problem solving - Must trouble shoot all challenges, road blocks, conflicts in the way of projects execution well in time and finding alternate solutions to protect the Organizational Interests.
Resolves issues with Internal Customers, Staff & Vendors.
Expert on result delivery through project and cross functional team management.
Experience & Qualifications
Graduate with MBA
20 years of experience in precast industry
At least 2 years of P&L Experience
Ability to handle teams
Good verbal and written communication skills
