Role Description

This is a remote contract role [3-9 months] with a possibility of moving to a full-time role for a Tech Recruiter at Lyric. The Tech Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, technical recruiting, and regular communication with candidates. They will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top tech talent for the organization.


Qualifications

  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in helping hire top tech talent
  • Experience in hiring processes and candidate evaluation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Experience in the tech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
