Artificial Intelligence Developer PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our innovative AI team. This role is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills, a passion for technology, and a desire to learn and work on cutting-edge agentic AI systems.You will be trained and mentored by experienced professionals to develop AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution. Our ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in programming, particularly in Python, and experience with relevant libraries such as NumPy and Pandas.The successful candidate will have a basic understanding of AI, machine learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts. They will also have experience with API integrations, including those to AWS, and familiarity with version control systems like Git/GitHub.In this role, you will assist in building, refining, and deploying intelligent AI agents for various workflows, including automation, data analysis, and customer support. You will learn and implement agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.Key responsibilities include integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) via APIs, designing effective prompts and reasoning chains to guide agent behavior, and working with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, vector databases, and embeddings to provide agents with context and memory.As a member of our team, you will participate in testing, debugging, and performance benchmarking to ensure AI agents are accurate, reliable, and free from bias or "hallucinations." You will also collaborate with product and engineering teams, document workflows and technical specifications, and stay updated with the latest advancements in agentic AI, automation trends, and research papers.RequirementsPursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.Strong foundational knowledge of Python and familiarity with relevant libraries, including NumPy and Pandas.Basic understanding of AI, machine learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts.AI programming and API integrations to AWS.Familiarity with APIs, databases, and version control systems (Git/GitHub).What We OfferOpportunity to work on cutting-edge agentic AI projects.Mentorship and training from experienced professionals.A collaborative and innovative work environment.
