Supervisor, L&D Delivery (Motion Graphics Designer) Location: India Job Description: McDonald’s has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor, L&D Delivery (Motion Graphics Designer) role based in our India Global Business Services Office. You will play a pivotal role in building engaging and immersive learning experiences, communications, marketing, and other assets that drive behavior change across the organization. You will be responsible for developing multimedia content for learning & development programs and creating learning assets using various tools and technologies, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop and more. You will work in a dynamic team of learning design professionals, supporting a wide range of programs that span both corporate and restaurant audiences globally, such as Leadership Development, Inclusion, Onboarding, Restaurant Curriculum, Corporate Development, Engagement, or Operations.This role requires collaboration, listening, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences at scale while working with L&D teams and stakeholders. You will design and develop high-quality learning assets, animations, communication, or marketing assets, and videos that enhance employee engagement and bring to life the learning asset, communication, or marketing material being created. Conception and execution of motion graphics animation-based projects. This role is ideal for an imaginative and innovative developer who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and is passionate about building leading-edge and innovative content that empowers McDonald’s teams to grow and succeed. The candidate is expected to reside in India. Responsibilities: In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to: Asset Creation: Develop course or marketing assets using various tools and technologies based on the course and design requirements. Knowledge of various social media platforms and how to leverage videos, infographics, and more to engage with different audiences Organize and maintain creative assets, including videos,, using best practices for version control, naming conventions, and organization of graphic files Take an initial concept to the next level with motion graphics and animations, including 2D and 3D animations Experience with live event and studio production, including setting a stage, lighting a set, and shooting footage w/video or still camera is a plus Work in close collaboration with stakeholders, designers, and marketing / communications colleagues throughout all phases of project development. Create mockups or wireframes to drive design with the design team. Tools used could include Adobe XD, PPT, etc. History of telling compelling stories through unique creative assets and visual interactions Design and develop interactive content and interfaces, including games and simulations, in collaboration with designers that can support over 40 languages, including right-to-left Create creative assets that are responsive to all devices and perform well on various devices and network speeds Develop engaging and interactive graphics, videos, gifs, animations, and other visual assets for L&D programs and initiatives, including communications and marketing materials Design and develop content that is engaging for a multi-cultural, multi-generation audience and can be translated in over 40 languages, including right-to-left Graphics & Visual Design: Ensure all graphics and visuals adhere to McDonald’s and Hamburger University branding guidelines and maintain consistency across all materials, while also creating a brand a voice for each program Experience with Cinema 4D, basic videography / production skills: Attention to detail and accuracy Where applicable, create and manage templates for learning materials, presentations, and digital assets to standardize design processes, while also allowing for creativity Design and develop images and videos that are engaging for a multi-cultural, multi-generation audience and can be translated in over 40 languages, including right-to-left Continuously improve assets based on evaluation results, feedback, and changing business needs Qualifications: 5+ years of experience and Bachelor of Arts – in Art Direction, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics or equivalent field, or a related field Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure Experience working across many countries and cultures Knowledge of software / application / web development trends, graphic & video trends, regulations, and best practices are a plus Software / application / web development expertise and skills are a plus Graphic & Video Development Expertise & Skills: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, and Photoshop and in at least one 3D motion design tool such as Cinema 4D or similar Experience with motion graphics film/video production house, agency or in-house environment. Experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Premier, InDesign, Acrobat, XD Ability to write well and communicate effectively across all layers of the organization Open to learning new systems and processes Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and a willingness to learn; self-starter Continuous improvement and growth mindset
