Job Opportunity: Credit ManagerOyster HR seeks a highly analytical, part-time Credit Manager who combines traditional credit evaluation expertise with a strong understanding of digital performance marketing economics.Evaluate financial health of clients, underwrite risk, and ensure integrity of credit decisions.Manage full spectrum of credit assessment, including repayment capacity, risk exposure, portfolio quality, and compliance with internal frameworks.The position requires a strong ability to analyze:High ad spend cyclesDigital cashflow volatilityROAS-driven business modelsMarketing-dependent revenue patternsKey Responsibilities:360° Credit AssessmentConduct complete credit evaluations for global clients across digital, agency, startup, and SME sectors.Analyze balance sheets, cash flow, P&L, liabilities, and financial statements.Evaluate digital business performance metrics: CAC, ROAS, ad spend efficiency, recurring revenue health, liquidity ratios, and growth projections.Assess clients running large-scale Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns and understand how digital marketing spend impacts credit risk.Requirements:3+ years experience in Credit Management/Underwriting/Financial Risk AnalysisProven experience running or analyzing high-budget Google Ads & Meta Ads campaignsStrong understanding of digital business models: subscription, e-commerce, performance marketing, and agency operationsAbility to interpret CAC, ROAS, retention curves, LTV, blended ad spend, and cashflow cyclesAdvanced analytical skills with the ability to read balance sheets, cash-flow statements, revenue breakdowns, and digital metricsExcellent English communication — both written and verbalStrong understanding of global risk guidelines and due-diligence practicesAbility to work independently, remotely, and adapt to multiple time zonesCandidate Profile:We are looking for someone who is both a strong credit professional and deeply familiar with digital performance marketing economics.
