Job Title: Visual Effects ArtistAre you a skilled visual effects artist looking for a challenging role in the industry?About the Job:This is a unique opportunity to join a talented team of artists and work on exciting projects that require high-quality visual effects. As a visual effects artist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing visual effects, transitions, and motion graphics using After Effects.Key Responsibilities:Create stunning visual effects using After Effects, ensuring they meet the project's requirements.Edit video footage to enhance its quality with effects, overlays, and animated elements.Combine multiple video layers, images, and graphics to create seamless final scenes through compositing.Develop motion graphics, including animated titles, lower thirds, infographics, and other dynamic elements for video projects.Apply colour correction and enhancement techniques to adjust lighting and visual style according to project needs.Manage template and asset development for efficiency, using After Effects templates and expressions as required.Communicate effectively with team members to ensure successful collaboration.Requirements:To succeed in this role, you will need:Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects.Hands-on experience with industry-standard software such as Houdini, Nuke, and Maya.Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).A strong understanding of compositing, keyframing, and animation principles.The ability to create and use After Effects templates and expressions.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.Good communication and teamwork skills.Portfolio Requirements:As part of your application, please provide a portfolio showcasing your previous work in the following areas:VFX showreels.Compositing samples.Effects-heavy work.Acceptable links include website, Vimeo, or similar platforms.Tools:You will need to have access to the following tools:Primary: Adobe After Effects.Preferred: Houdini, Nuke, Maya.Other tools (e.g., Blender) are acceptable if VFX quality is strong.Interview Process:Selection for this role will be based on your portfolio and relevant experience.
