Job Opportunity: Senior Engineering Writer with PhDWe are seeking highly skilled researchers and editors to provide in-depth assessments of academic manuscripts. This involves reviewing submissions, providing feedback, and ensuring the quality of scientific, medical, and educational content.Key Responsibilities:Leverage scientific expertise to write, proofread, and fact-check data under the guidance of subject matter leads.Develop high-quality client-ready materials, including slides, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, infographics, congress and meeting materials, literature searches and reviews, standard response letters/medical information letters, and HCP engagement content.Optimize academic and scientific texts to meet standard scientific English conventions, improving grammar, punctuation, clarity, conciseness, and logical flow while preserving the author's intended meaning.Adapt manuscripts to journal-specific requirements, implementing guidelines related to structure, layout, reference formatting, abbreviations, units of measure, and other stylistic elements.Verify document metadata, including references and other bibliographic details, using specialized software.Requirements:Mandatory experience as an invited peer reviewer for journals or as a journal editor.Publishing academic papers as first author or corresponding author is also mandatory.A PhD/MD in Engineering with PhD or a related field is required.This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of science and writing, leveraging your expertise to create high-quality content that makes a real impact.
