This is a hands-on technical role for someone who enjoys solving problems, streamlining workflows, and ensuring everything “just works.”You’ll work closely with leadership and internal teams to design and manage the tools that power our business — including Zoho, Karbon, Stanford Tax, and Juno Tax — and ensure data flows seamlessly across platforms.While the focus of this role is on systems and automation, we’d love to find someone who also understands how technology connects to the web — with experience or interest in SEO, website performance, or digital analytics considered a strong plus.What You’ll DoManage and optimize Zoho One applications (CRM, Projects, Analytics, etc.)Build and maintain API integrations between core tools (Zoho, Karbon, tax platforms, etc.)Create and maintain automations and workflows to improve team efficiencyProvide IT support and troubleshooting for system or connectivity issuesCollaborate on system upgrades, permissions, and performance optimizationDocument and train team members on best practices and new toolsContribute to ongoing efforts to build a scalable, connected tech ecosystem that supports both operations and digital presenceWhat We’re Looking For4–5 years of hands-on experience in IT, systems management, or workflow automationStrong working knowledge of Zoho One, APIs, and integration tools (e.g., Deluge, Zapier, Make)Experience with Karbon or tax-related software a plusExperience or interest in SEO, website systems, or digital performance preferredExcellent technical problem-solving and communication skillsSelf-directed, resourceful, and proactive — thrives in autonomyExcited to grow with a U.S.-based company that values innovation and efficiencyMust be able to work 4:00 pm - 2:00 am IST.
