Job Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator specializing in Architectural Visualization (ArchViz) to coordinate closely with international clients—primarily across North America.The role involves supporting the production team through image preparation, photo editing, and final compositing for premium architectural render outputs.The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong visual and aesthetic judgement, and a solid grounding in architectural and design terminology.Serve as the key liaison between clients (Architects, Developers, Interior Designers) and internal production teams (3D Artists, Draftsmen, Designers).Review project briefs, required deliverables including: Photorealistic 3D renderings, VR tours and panoramic imagery, Walkthrough / animation videos, CAD and technical drawings,Provide creative direction to enhance visualization outcomes.Oversee post-production tasks ensuring images meet quality standards before delivery.Interpret client feedback into clear instructions for the team.Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)Prior experience in project coordination or client-facing roles, ideally with exposure to international (especially US/Canada) clients.Strong understanding of the architectural visualization pipeline.Minimum 3 years industry experience (architecture).Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong visual and aesthetic judgement.Benefits:Duration: Minimum 1 year contract (renewable based on performance and business requirements).Opportunity to work with international clients.Chance to develop your skills and experience in the field of architectural visualization.
