We’re hiring a Founding Director – Sales to drive global business development at SkillsCapital — an AI-powered platform transforming how companies hire enterprise tech talent. You won’t be selling software or generic services. You’ll be leading strategic conversations with consulting firms, enterprises, and system integrators to help them access vetted, on-demand tech talent through our AI-Powered Talent Cloud. This is not a typical sales job. It’s a founding role that combines strategic thinking, individual contribution, and high-ownership execution. You’ll work directly with the founding team, take full charge of growth in a region or segment, and scale a predictable, high-quality revenue engine. We help clients hire fully vetted, on-demand tech talent and teams across enterprise technologies like SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, Oracle, AI/ML, Cloud, and more.
