  • Maintain a professional demeanour, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Ability to identify problems, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and assist guests / visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Handle inquiries, provide information, and direct individuals to appropriate personnel or resources.
  • Handling check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, and managing reservations
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and courteously. Relay messages accurately and efficiently to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage the reception / front desk area and ensure that it is clean and organized at all times.
  • Coordinate meetings or events by arranging facilities and equipment as needed.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by guests/visitors, or staff members professionally and promptly. Escalate complex problems to appropriate personnel when necessary.
