Job Title: SAP Functional Test Consultant – Tosca Architect

Location: Noida & Bangalore


Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Test Consultant - Tosca Architect to develop, execute, and manage comprehensive testing strategies for SAP projects. The ideal candidate will lead a team of testers, ensure quality and timely delivery of SAP testing tasks, and work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure the success of SAP implementation and upgrades.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Must have at least 6 years of relevant experience with TOSCA.
  • Must have AS1, AS2, TD1, TD2, AE1, and be a Certified TOSCA Architect OR Certified TOSCA Product Consultant
  • Prior experience in setting up TOSCA server, DEX, Workspace, and Repository, etc
  • Ability to define test strategies, test plans, and test schedules
  • Experience in defining test automation frameworks and setting up TOSCA best practices
  • Ability to manage a test automation team and handle client escalations
  • Good to have SAP modules automation experience
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP projects, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
  • Lead a team of SAP testers, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and reviewing test deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with project managers, business stakeholders, and IT teams to understand project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Design and implement testing strategies that align with project goals and business needs.
  • Identify and document defects, track issues through resolution, and communicate testing results and status updates effectively.
  • Collaborate with functional leads and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and propose solutions for SAP system defects and performance bottlenecks.
  • Conduct risk assessments and mitigate testing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with testing best practices, methodologies, and industry standards.
  • Stay updated on SAP technologies, industry trends, and testing tools to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Total years of experience: 6+ years in similar roles.
  • Experience in SAP Digital & Entertainment is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an SAP Testing Lead or similar role with hands-on experience in testing SAP modules and functionalities.
  • Strong understanding of SAP systems, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, FICO Fiori, etc.
  • Expertise in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP applications.
  • Experience with test management tools such as HP ALM, qTest, JIRA and SAP Solution Manager.
  • Solid knowledge of testing methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in SAP (e.g., Tosca) or Testing (e.g., ISTQB certification).
  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks for SAP (e.g., SAP CBTA, UFT, Tosca).
  • Experience in SAP Activate methodology.
  • Experience in the Oil and Gas Domain
  • Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and SAP integration technologies.
