The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering or architecture and excellent knowledge of the industry.The successful applicant will be responsible for:Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting high-calibre candidates for US clients in the civil engineering domain.Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS system.Building strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide suitable candidates.Ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication throughout the recruitment process.The ideal candidate will have:A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Proven experience in US recruitment, preferably in civil engineering/architecture roles.Excellent knowledge of civil engineering/architecture job roles, skills, and terminology.As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
