Director of HR Service Delivery and People InsightsThe position is responsible for overseeing the efficient, compliant, and data-driven delivery of HR services across the organization. This role combines operational excellence in HR administration and payroll with strategic leadership in people data and process transformation.The Director will report to the Chief People Officer and be part of the Centers of Excellence team. They will lead the end-to-end management of HR administration and payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.The role involves designing, implementing, and continuously improving HR service delivery processes, focusing on simplification, standardization, and automation. Additionally, they will ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance across all HR administrative and payroll activities.Lead the end-to-end management of HR administration and payroll.Design, implement, and continuously improve HR service delivery processes.Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance.The Director will serve as a key partner to HR and business leaders, ensuring seamless HR operations, high-quality data insights, and a culture of continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:HR Services and OperationsPeople Data and ReportingStakeholder and Vendor ManagementLeadership and TransformationQualifications and Education Requirements:Business acumen with a strong interest and good knowledge and experience in analytics.Capacity to understand internal clients' needs and identify how people data will address these needs.Very good understanding of the HR roles and processes in contemporary companies.Good project skills. Interest in defining, structuring, and enhancing data.Capacity to embark colleagues and the HR teams in the related change management.
