At JohnTuringWatson Software Solutions Pvt Ltd (JTW), we're building the future of AI—and we're looking for exceptional talent to help lead it. Our AI Research Lab is actively working on cutting-edge solutions in Agentic AI and we’re expanding our team.

If you're passionate about solving real-world problems using AI, Machine Learning, and next-gen computation models, we’d love to connect with you.


Experience Level: 2+ years of experience.


🔍 We’re Looking for Talent With Expertise in One or More of the Following Areas:


  • Agentic AI – Designing autonomous, reasoning-driven systems
  • Python (required) for ML/AI pipelines and quantum programming
  • Deep Learning – Using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face frameworks
  • NLP and LLMs – Experience with transformer architectures, prompt engineering, or fine-tuning models
  • ML Ops – Knowledge in model deployment, performance tuning, and monitoring
  • Strong foundations in Mathematics, Probability, Linear Algebra, and Statistics


🧠 Ideal Candidate Profile:


  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning
  • Ability to research, prototype, and scale AI models into production
  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional R&D environment
  • Prior experience in contributing to AI publications, open-source projects, or patents (a plus)
