Role Overview We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to drive our business growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. You’ll play a critical role in building our sales pipeline, working closely with the sales team, and establishing strong relationships with schools, colleges, students, and partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and wants to be part of a fast-growing founding team. Key Responsibilities Research and identify high-quality B2B and B2C leads Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and outreach campaigns Maintain and manage lead data using CRM tools Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion Communicate value propositions clearly and build long-term prospect relationships Track lead generation metrics and contribute to performance reports What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills Experience in market research and opportunity discovery Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setup Target-driven mindset with strong time-management skills Hands-on experience with CRM tools is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred Why Join Inupgro?
