Job TitleSeeking a skilled Legal Manager to oversee end-to-end legal operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and facilitating smooth cross-border transactions.Manage entity compliance, including statutory and regulatory requirements, across India, US, and NZ entities.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including SaaS agreements, MSAs, NDAs, and vendor contracts.Coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders on litigation, IP protection, employment law, and data-privacy matters.Develop internal policies and procedures, maintain documentation trails, and ensure timely renewals of customer and vendor contracts.LLB/BL from a reputable university; LLM or CS background preferred.5-7 years of post-qualification experience in the SaaS/tech sector.Proven experience in managing India+US entity compliance, contract negotiation, and regulatory liaison.Join a high-growth global SaaS company transforming IT operations, working directly with leadership teams, building scalable legal processes, and gaining exposure to international contracts and compliance governance.
