Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Computational Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with parametric modelling tools, automation software, and performance analysis to enhance creativity, efficiency, and performance in architectural and interior projects.The role focuses on leveraging computational design to optimize design workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and explore generative design possibilities. We are looking for a creative problem solver who can collaborate effectively with architects, interior designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate computational methodologies into the design process.Key Responsibilities:Develop tools to optimize design workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and explore generative design possibilities.Collaborate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate computational methodologies into the design process.Utilize parametric modelling tools such as Rhino + Grasshopper, Dynamo.Create automation solutions using programming languages like C# and Python.Conduct performance analysis to ensure data-driven design decisions.Develop and maintain standards within the team, ensuring scalability and efficiency.Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Computational Design, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in computational design, architecture, or interior design.Technical Proficiency:Parametric modelling tools: Rhino + Grasshopper, Dynamo, or similar platforms.Programming/Scripting: C#, Python, or visual scripting for automation.BIM integration: Working knowledge of Revit and interoperability between computational tools.Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles, building systems, materials, and construction techniques.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality deliverables.A portfolio showcasing computational design projects is a plus.Preferred Skills (Bonus):Experience with automation and AI-driven tools for design optimization.Knowledge of digital fabrication, material research, or computational geometry.Familiarity with collaborative workflows, data visualization, and interoperability between design software.
