Job Opportunity: UX Designer InternTecholution is currently seeking a skilled and innovative UX Designer Intern to provide creative solutions and possess in-depth knowledge about the UX design process and user experience responsibilities.The ideal candidate will think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts with various media. Proficiency in different UX and design tools such as Figma (must-have), Adobe XD, Illustrator, or similar tools like Sketch is required.Design thoughtful, beautiful, and useful products and user experiences in a team environmentCreate user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findingsUse business requirements and user and market research to assist in developing scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirementsDesign the UI architecture, interface, and interaction flow of products and experiencesDevelop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, click-throughs, and prototypesDevelop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design patternsPartner closely with a Product Owner and a Lead Developer to plan and execute tests, iterations, and project workBe a passionate and effective advocate for design with non-designer audiencesWrite effectively to communicate design rationales and benefits to customersMandatory Skills:We are looking for candidates with a strong educational background in Interaction Design, User Experience, Graphic Design, or relevant fields.A Bachelor's Degree in Interaction Design, User Experience, Graphic Design, or specialization in relevant domains.An available online portfolio - mention the sites/work pdfStudies in Interaction Design, User Experience, Graphic Design, or other design-related fieldsA basic grasp of web design principles and methodologiesA good understanding of current design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite or Adobe XD) and web technologies (HTML5, CSS, Javascript, and basic animation principles)Good visual/verbal communication with strong presentation, negotiation, collaboration, and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving skills: be passionate, positive, and capable of making complex things simple for othersSome industry experience or freelance (corporate, software, web, agency) is a plus.Experience with research and human-centered design with a portfolio or samples of work demonstrating user-centered design solutionsExperience with consumer brand experience design and an understanding of storytellingVisual design expertise demonstrated through mockups and style guidesAdditional design skills in related fields, including filmmaking, motion design, and prototyping.Benefits:As a UX Designer Intern at Techolution, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with a talented team, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.About Us:Techolution is a product development firm that aims to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
