They will also possess a problem-solving orientation and be interested in consulting, business systems, and enterprise finance technology.The role offers comprehensive training in Oracle Fusion Financials, direct exposure to UK and global consulting projects, early involvement in real-world enterprise finance implementations, and clear career progression within a consulting environment.Key Responsibilities:Learns Oracle Cloud ERP Financial modules through structured trainingParticipates in finance process discussions and requirement-gathering workshopsAssists in creating business requirement documents, functional specifications, and process flowsPrepares artefacts such as fit-gap analysis, configuration documents, test scripts, training material, and data templatesSupports system configuration under the guidance of senior consultantsWorks with UK-based project teams and aligns with UK working hoursEngages professionally with global clients in structured project interactionsSupports testing cycles, identifies defects, performs analysis, and coordinates user feedbackRequired Skills and Qualifications:Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)Bachelors Degree requiredStrong knowledge of financial accounting, cost accounting, and core finance principlesExcellent communication and analytical skillsProblem-solving orientationInterest in consulting, business systems, and enterprise finance technologyBenefits:Comprehensive training in Oracle Fusion FinancialsDIRECT Exposure to UK and global consulting projectsEarly involvement in real-world enterprise finance implementationsClear career progression within a consulting environment
