Quality Assurance Role OverviewThe primary function of this position involves conducting quality assurance reviews for various departments. This includes performing process reviews and providing training to employees on quality standards.The specialist identifies skill gaps based on review findings and collaborates with management to address them. They develop and implement materials and SOPs to ensure consistency in quality practices across departments.This role requires analyzing review findings, creating reports to highlight trends and opportunities for improvement, and recommending preventive and corrective actions. The successful candidate will track business unit responses to all identified issues.Key Responsibilities:Conducting quality assurance reviews and process reviewsProviding training to employees on quality standardsIdentifying skill gaps and collaborating with management to address themDeveloping and implementing materials and SOPs to ensure quality practices consistencyAnalyzing review findings and creating reports Recommending preventive and corrective actionsTracking business unit responses to identified issuesRequirements:To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for conducting voice and non-voice audits.
