Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement cutting-edge generative AI models and systems.As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven products that transform healthcare industries and user experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new Large Language Models (LLMs) for medical imaging.Design and implement methods to improve training efficiency and extend or enhance LLM capabilities, reliability, and safety in the realm of image-to-text generation using medical data.Perform data preprocessing, indexing, and feature engineering specific to healthcare image and text data.Requirements:At least 3 years of full-time industry experience.Hands-on experience in contemporary AI, including training generative AI models like LLMs and image-to-text models.Specialized expertise in model fine-tuning, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), Retrieval Augmented Generator (RAG), and LLM tool use.Experience with LLM prompt engineering and familiarity with LLM-based workflows/architectures.Proficiency in Python, PySpark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Transformer, and cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Vertex AI.Collaboration with software engineers to integrate generative models into production systems.Preferred QualificationsA Master's degree in a quantitative field like Computer Science or Data Science.
