Job Title: Software Development Engineer (SDE)
Experience: 3+ Years
Salary: ₹10 – 15 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Software Development Engineer with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders, analyzing, communicating, and validating requirements to enhance software applications or tools. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to support changing business processes and policies.
- Prioritizing projects, improving customer experiences, and ensuring the right outcomes.
- Designing and implementing solutions for new features, configurations, and process automation.
- Participating in stand-ups, task planning, code reviews, and configuration/coding tasks.
Technologies We Use:
- Programming: Java, Python, ReactJS
- Cloud: AWS Services (S3, DDB, EC2, CloudWatch, etc.)
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional software development experience (excluding internships).
- 2+ years of experience in system design/architecture, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in the full software development lifecycle: coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
