We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Governance & Systems Analyst to support global content operations. The ideal candidate will act as a digital librarian, maintaining data accuracy, structure, and hierarchy within Rightsline and related systems.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and organize Rightsline metadata, ensuring title hierarchy accuracy.Monitor data quality, troubleshoot discrepancies, and document processes.Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data workflows and consistency.Use SQL for queries and basic data validation.Support continuous improvement of data governance and operational scalability.Qualifications:3+ years in data analysis, governance, or operations (Media/Entertainment preferred).Experience with Rightsline or similar rights/data management systems.Strong documentation, process management, and organizational skills.SQL knowledge (MySQL/PostgreSQL preferred).Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
