Job OpportunityWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to fill a Human Resources Generalist position in Gurugram, Haryana. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.Key Responsibilities:Administer HR policies and procedures in alignment with labor laws and industry standards.Support recruitment efforts for corporate roles; coordinate interviews, onboarding, and orientation.Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate resolutions.Maintain HRIS systems and ensure accurate employee records and reporting.Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.Coordinate training programs related to safety, compliance, and professional development.Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance and third-party providers.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in the logistics or transportation industry.Experience with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.Preferred Skills:Excellent communication skills.
