As a Visual Communications Assistant, you will provide high-quality visual support to the marketing and product teams.Key Responsibilities:Design captivating social media creatives for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.Support campaign visuals for ads, reels covers, carousels, and promotional posts.Adapt designs into multiple sizes/formats for cross-platform needs.Develop brand collaterals like posters, banners, brochures, certificates, thumbnails, and email creatives.Ensure all visuals align with the company's brand guidelines and tone.Assist in strengthening the visual identity of the brand.Help design visuals for course modules, presentations, onboarding screens, and learning dashboards.Support the creation of infographics, diagrams, and explainer visuals.Requirements:Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, Fine Arts, or related field.Strong sense of layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling.Proficient in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma (video/motion tools a plus).Basic understanding of social media trends and what performs well visually.Creative, proactive, and excited to learn in a fast-moving environment.
