Vice President of Engineering

About the Company

Company's Revenue Growth Management platform powers some of the fastest-growing brands around the world today, including Calendly, Pret-a-Manger, Freshworks, Study.com, and others. Our Revenue Growth Management suite includes billing, subscription management revenue recognition, retention and expansion offers and receivables management products.

This role focuses on four main areas:

• Merchant Experience – Making it easy and fast for customers to set up and use Company's products.
• Developer Experience – Improving how developers interact with Company's platform, including better tools and documentation.
• Data Platform – Enhancing how data is collected, analyzed, and used to provide valuable insights to customers.
• Platform Modernization – Transitioning to modern systems that ensure scalability, reliability, and high performance.

You'll work with multiple teams to ensure that the platform is innovative, scalable, and provides a seamless experience for both businesses and developers.

Qualifications:

● Leadership Experience: 15+years Experience in leading cross-functional teams and influencing across non-reporting lines. Strong communication skills.

● Domain Expertise :Deep understanding of platform engineering, including APIs (REST), AWS,cloud technologies, and CI/CD pipelines. Proven experience with distributed systems and modern software development practices.

● Platform & Business Context: Deep understanding of platform engineering, OLTP and OLAP systems, and database management. Ability to align technical strategies with business goals in a fast-growing SaaS environment, with experience in modernising platforms.

● Systems Design & Thinking :Expertise in leading architectural transformations and designing scalable systems. Skilled in articulating technical vision and understanding system interactions.

● Industry Experience: Relevant experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or related fields, with a solid technical education or equivalent practical experience
