Job Title: Underwriting ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Underwriting Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role that involves overseeing the underwriting process for residential mortgage loans.The successful candidate will have at least 6-8 years of experience in underwriting, with a strong understanding of E2E underwriting processes and procedures. They will be responsible for managing a team of underwriters, ensuring that all loan applications are thoroughly reviewed and processed efficiently.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop their team members.
