Responsibilities will include:Preparation and maintenance of the books and records of pooled private investment funds organized as limited partnerships and/or separate accountsPreparation and/or review of complex management fee and waterfall calculationsUnderstanding of side pocket accountingUnderstanding of internal rate of returns, time weighted returns and multiple of capital calculationsRecording and reconciliation of cash, investments and other balance sheet accountsRecording of purchase and sale transactionsEstimating and posting of accrualsPreparation of allocations of income and expense allocations to each partner, including updating of distribution waterfall based on the terms of the governing documentsPreparation of distributions and drawdownsPreparation monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsAnalyzing and calculating performance metrics for partnerships/accounts as well as for each investmentCoordinating with funds' independent auditors, custodians, prime brokers and fund administratorsPerforming other tasks as requiredQualificationsMinimum of 3 years' relevant accounting or audit experience within Big Four public accounting or a mix of public accounting and investment management industry experienceSolid knowledge of reconciliation and account analysisSolid understanding of accounting and the ability to apply relevant investment company accounting rulesSolid analytical skills and ability to understand and resolve complex problemsExperience in Geneva and Geneva World Investors preferredProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
