We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and a dynamic work environment that fosters innovation and collaboration.Core Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality web applications using Next JS/React.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern web development techniques.Build reusable and scalable components using React, Redux, and other related libraries.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Ensure high-quality software by writing automated tests and conducting code reviews.Continuously improve the software development process by evaluating and adopting new tools and technologies.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or related field.3+ years of professional experience in web development using Next JS/React.Strong proficiency in React and related libraries such as Redux.Strong proficiency in Typescript/ JavaScript (OOP).Experience with CSS framework like Bootstrap 5 and TailwindExperience with Unit testing like Jest and KarmaFamiliarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack and Babel and Vite.Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility issues.Experience with server-side rendering and performance optimization techniques.Knowledge of software engineering principles, best practices, and design patterns.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.What's in it for you?Experience faster growth than other organizations; diligent performers can vouch for promotions and rapid growth at Altudo.We provide seamless growth opportunity for career advancement across all functions by defining career path and career ladder.
