Position: Senior MIS Executive / Data Management Executive Experience: 5 to 8+ Years in MIS & Data Management Location: GK-1, New Delhi Salary: Negotiable Joining: Immediate Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PMRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior MIS Executive with extensive experience in data management, automation, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Google Sheets, Apps Script, Excel, Looker Studio, Power BI, API integrations with basic knowledge, and automation tools, with the ability to maintain, secure, and optimize data systems across the organization.The role involves managing MIS processes across FMS (Flow Management System), PMS (Production Management System), and IMS (Inventory Management System), ensuring seamless data flow, reporting accuracy, and automation of critical business operations.Key Responsibilities1. Reporting & Dashboard ManagementDevelop, automate, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Google Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio, and Power BI.Create and manage dashboards for production, flow, inventory, and performance analytics.Prepare and analyze MIS, FMS, PMS, and IMS results to support business decision-making.2. Data Management & GovernanceManage end-to-end data flow from FMS, PMS, IMS, and other internal systems.Ensure accurate data integration, migration, and synchronization across various platforms.Maintain high standards of data quality, security, and governance, implementing access controls, encryption, and data protection protocols.Clean, validate, and audit datasets to ensure accurate reporting.3. Automation & ScriptingBuild and maintain advanced automations using Google Apps Script (auto-emails, alerts, scheduled reports, triggers, workflows).Implement WhatsApp & communication automation using APIs (Maytapi / UltraMSG / other providers).Automate workflows using Google Forms, JotForm, Google Sheets, and Excel logic.4. API IntegrationWork with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations to automate business processes.Integrate WhatsApp BOT / Telegram BOT for internal and external communication systems.Ensure smooth system connectivity across internal intranet and cloud systems.5. Advanced Analytics & Tools ExpertiseBuild complex formulas, macros, pivot tables, and automations in Google Sheets & MS Excel.Maintain and troubleshoot visibility, performance, and system issues across MIS applications.6. Cross-Department MIS SupportProvide MIS support across teams, resolve data-related issues, and enhance reporting efficiency.Collaborate with management to improve existing MIS processes and recommend system upgrades.Skills RequiredTechnical SkillsAdvanced Google Sheets (complex formulas, array formulas, dashboards).Google Apps Script (mandatory) – automation, triggers, custom functions.MS Excel – pivots, macros, advanced formulas.Looker Studio or Power BI – dashboard creation.API integration (REST API, JSON).WhatsApp automation using Maytapi / UltraMSG.Knowledge of Google Forms, JotForm, Intranet systems.Analytical & Functional SkillsStrong mathematical background and excellent analytical ability.Deep understanding of FMS, PMS, IMS and production/inventory processes.Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.Ability to secure, protect, and govern organizational data.Other RequirementsBachelor's Degree (mandatory).Ability to work independently and manage large datasets.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Immediate availability preferred.SummaryThis role requires a dedicated and technically strong MIS professional capable of handling advanced reporting, automation, data governance, scripting, and system integration.
