Job Title: Human Resources Manager Republic World is looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to manage key human resource functions, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, stakeholder coordination, and employee lifecycle management. Talent AcquisitionWe are seeking an experienced Human Resource Generalist who will be responsible for:• End-to-end recruitment across functions, ensuring timely hiring.• Building and managing talent pipelines through platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn.• Coordinating with management to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.• Managing the offer process through HRMS software and negotiations for new hires.• Tracking recruitment metrics and continuously improving sourcing effectiveness. HR Business PartneringThe ideal candidate will serve as an HR partner to assigned departments, understanding business goals and driving performance management processes. Key responsibilities include:• Addressing employee concerns, ensuring fair and consistent resolution aligned with company values.• Overseeing HR processes including confirmations, transfers, and exit processes.• Conducting exit interviews, analyzing attrition trends, and recommending action plans.• Ensuring compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements. RequirementsQualified candidates must have:• News or Media experience preferred.• Bachelor's degree mandatory, MBA in HR or related specialization a plus.• More than 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong exposure in Human Resource Department.• Proven ability to partner with leadership and drive people strategies aligned with business needs.• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.• Proficient in HRMS systems (Preferred HR One) and data-driven decision making.• Strong interpersonal presence with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
