This full-time, mid-level position requires a seasoned professional with 4 to 6 years of work experience in managing interior construction sites and liaising with various stakeholders.Qualifications and SkillsBuilding Information Modeling (BIM) expertise, essential for ensuring accurate modeling and planning at construction sites (Mandatory skill).Construction Site Management skills, crucial for overseeing site operations and guiding the team effectively (Mandatory skill).Vendor Management experience to manage relationships and contracts with suppliers efficiently (Mandatory skill).Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating precise and detailed engineering plans and architectural drawings.Ability to utilize Microsoft Project for planning, scheduling, and managing project timelines for successful execution.Strong Quality Control skills to maintain the standards of construction and ensure high-quality output throughout the project.Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations Compliance to ensure site safety and reduce risk exposure for the workforce.Blueprint Reading skills to interpret complex designs and schematics accurately for translating them during construction.Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee daily operations at construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to guarantee the seamless integration of design and construction phases.Liaise with vendors and suppliers to process procurement orders and ensure timely delivery of construction materials.Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks to uphold project standards and rectify any discrepancies.Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory health and safety requirements onsite.Facilitate clear communication between the project team, clients, and contractors to maintain project transparency and alignment.Prepare and manage project documentation, including reports and schedules, to track progress and status updates.Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.
