US Staffing Business Development Manager Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have proven expertise in building staffing businesses, establishing client relationships, and onboarding new clients quickly. This role requires strong communication skills, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to operate independently with a growth-focused mindset.Job Responsibilities:Develop and execute business development strategies for US staffing services.Bring new direct clients or Tier 1 vendors to the company within the initial months.Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across various industries.Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to increase business volume.Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure successful delivery for new and existing clients.Track market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to shape business growth.Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts as part of the end-to-end sales cycle.Maintain strong communication with US-based leadership and regularly report progress.Required Skills and Qualifications:8 - 10+ years of Business Development experience in US Staffing.Proven track record of bringing in new clients and generating revenue.Existing industry contacts with direct clients, MSPs, or Tier 1 vendors.Strong understanding of the US staffing market, recruitment cycle, rate negotiations, and compliance.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.High motivation, strong work ethic, and entrepreneurial thinking.Benefits:Competitive salary + high-earning commission potential.Opportunity to play a strategic role in scaling US staffing operations.Flexible working arrangement (remote).
